My “go to” has always been BW SA 58”, 57# @26”, 2114 with 165 grain Simmons Land Sharks. All that is in the process of changing. Hopefully, I can hunt with my NM Sprague this year.

Hunted with the same primary bow for years. Sky Archery Rogue from back when Earl owned the company. Hardwood arrows ( breasted Oak this year most likely) and some old Hunter's Heads.

Hmmmm.  Don't have one.  I shoot a number of J.D. Berry and Jet ASLs and Bear TDs --45-50#.  POC, Forgewood  and Easton Axis carbon arrows and Zwickey, Woodsman, STOS and Hill heads.  I might hunt with one bow in the morning, and, if I come in, a different bow in the afternoon.  Life is too short to hunt with just one bow.  😁

Yesterday I took an axis doe with my Bears Paw 62” Classic T/D #57@28, Widowmaker shaft with an Iron Will Wide 200 broadhead.
It worked so well it just might be my go to this year.

Normally it would be my BW PMA or Fox High Sierra.. Shoot all equally well.
Typically shoot the Iron Will Buff200

Yew NM Shelton 68" and pulling 53# at 28".. I pull less than 28" so it is shooting a bit less. I use cedar arrows 50 - 55# spine with 2 blade Magnus broadheads at 125 grains.

My backup bow is a bamboo NM Shelton 68" and pulling 53# at 28". I use the same arrows.

Go-to will be an Elburg Jaguar...66"  62@28...ash arrows wearing 190 Ribteks.
If I fill a tag, then next up is a 68"  57@28... oe Berry Valor....cedars with 160 Ace or Ribbies.
Should I get lucky again, ...well a toss up on several other longbows and wood arrow combos.

Late season (January here in Illinois) I'll ditch the longbows to finally hunt a recurve for the first time in 30 years.....a GN Ghost... 60"  61@28 ..POC..  Doug fir with an old favorite....160 Snuffers!

I have been reviewing my bow selection. I also now have a third bow for consideration. It is Kolomi by Lyn Harrelson. It is all wood, consisteng of a persimmon core with bamboo back and belly. I am considering it because I have stone tipped cane arrows that shoot well from it.  So, if I have success with the modern stuff, maybe this primitive approach will get a chance.
