I called Steve yesterday and place an order for a Whisper bow.  69", bamboo with yew veneers and an ebony riser with a black leather wrap.  It should be here around July or August.  I also gave credit to this forum and the folks here for directing me to his shop based on all of the great reviews on his bows.

Now, the long wait begins

Jack

I like those specs! Is this your first forward handle longbow?

Yep, with the Fox deflex/reflex, the Border Harrier Royale hybrid, and the Hill Redman ASL, I thought I would give this version of a longbow a try.  I love all my bows, but with the exception of the first traditional bow (Samick Journey) each of the others was going to be the last bow I was going to buy.  But I know you all know how that goes 😉

Oh my, I bet that bow will be nice. Post some pics when you get your bow. I have an American and a Sprague. Both are the same weights but their personalities are very different. I love shooting them both. I’m positive you will be pleasantly surprised.
