Here's my new reverse grip John Sweka bow. Been talking to John for years about one..which he only does occasionally. But..we are friends...so, he told me he'd do it after Christmas. Needs a couple more coats of finish and a leather grip. Which I told him I'd do...but what a fine job.!! 68"..52#@27". 1/2" of string follow.Blackwood and phenolic tips. White back and belly. English blackwood and curly maple riser. Actionwood lams.Top pic was during shaping and tillering... Fine shooter.!!

Jackdaw, glad to see John put together exactly what you've been dreaming about.  A great bow, from a great friend.  Good luck with it.

Glad you like it John - even though it looks like it's strung backwards.[wink]  I did almost cut the string grooves the wrong way.

Now get the finish done and a handle wrap on it and shoot!!!!

OOOOOh...  Beautiful work and bow!  I love the white glass with black contrast.  Classic!  Can't wait to see this one in person at Baltimore.
