Justin asked if I could post pictures of the
Howard Hill "Mountain man" the specs are
68"60#s@28" chocolate brown glass back and belly, maple riser and maple limb core!!! A little history, this bow was used in bow fishing!!! Namely "SHARKS"!!!! It still has the dried tape on the riser!!! Should someone put peanut butter to it, the tape resin would come off easily!!! A simple wax job and this bow would look pretty close to new!!!
However, I like the look of the original patena!!!
There weren't too many of these bows made, and I think John was the only one doing the bowyering!!!
Enjoy, humbly Jacques

Jacques, you’re going to have to open the “Bonin Museum of Archery” and start selling tickets. Another Beauty there!

Is the bow backset, string follow, or straight profile?

I was going to guess string follow too but, what do I know, I’ve never seen a Mountain Man bow!
