This is a prime example of what I like about this site. So many sites won't allow any negative feedback on builders. I understand the importance of trying to get a private reconciliation, but when that doesn't work I think it's a great disservice to the community not to make it public.
Dan, I'm truly sorry this didn't work out for you, I hope he'll make it right, and if he doesn't, potential customers should know...,

I think we all need to just use common sense in our discussions, here and elsewhere. Get our points across but be thoughtful.

Such a beautiful bow. It's disappointing to hear. I would only hope this turns out to be a big misunderstanding and Mr. Schulz addresses the situation to your satisfaction, Yehwa. Regardless, It would seem that an important step in the QA was overlooked before sending it out the door.

Dan,
I hope it works out for you. I just can’t see any reputable businessman/craftsman/bowyer not willing to admit their mistake and make amends with the consumer. To me, it defies logic, especially when the product is niche oriented. Word travels fast in this day and age and a bad reputation is not the way to start a business.

It’s a shame it took this long but better late than never I guess. I’d be hoping for a money order in an envelope instead of a long narrow tube in return but that’s just me. Good luck dan.

Glad to hear the good news Dan. At the end of the day, if you end up with a bow you enjoy shooting, that’s what matters most. May have taken a bit longer than desired, but all’s well that ends well I guess.

That bow shot great Dan. Didn't feel a pound over 60 😂 Should be a sweet one after reducing. You get tired of the cat you know where to send it.
